This product was Bambu's brain child over a decade ago. The only option you had was paper. That was nearly 12 years ago when we began developing our bamboo plates. Some people thought we were crazy. Seemingly simple, it is a somewhat complicated process. Today, while there are more options in disposables, we are proud to say ours stills stand alone in quality and consistency.
The bamboo we use is grown without fertilizers, cured and then hand cut and selected for peeling. Every year we have our sources audited. So that we are the only company that can state, 'Certified Organic' That's important, because you can't also trust the sources in China. We've gone even further by earning Biobased certification, and getting our products Compost Approved. You can't get a cleaner, greener better quality disposable plate. And yes, you can use them more than once!
